My MTVvideo premiere!

I had the ATLversion of my video release party and it really blew my mind(!) because I only had four days to promote and yet was able to pull off a packed house!! I had an epiphany too because my whole fanbase seems to be Entreprenuers, Winners, and…Gorgeous women. It was a reeeeeally hi-quality audience.

I mean, people came to check out the video and my show, but because there were so many winners in the house it turned into a full-fledged networking event!! We had music execs, business owners, internet entreprenuers, brand managers, models, actresses, DJ’s, reality TV stars, producers, talk show hosts, bankers, photographers, bloggers, etc etc etc… Shouts out to Kat Crosby, DTLR, SUGADOLL AGENCY MODELS, DJ Dibiase and the venue, Slice- my video-release party literally had everything except a proper way to display a video- hahaaaHAHAAAAhaaa!!

So for those who missed the party completely, and those who were there but couldnt HEAR what was going on… Here’s my debut video- it’s called “FREEDOM” (#11 on my debut project, Business Is Good) and at the end it switches to a record called “HUSSLA” (#19)… eNJOY..(and please leave comments telling me what u think and if u know my music, what video we should shoot next…)

This show kind of stuck out to me cuz it was the official 1st time i really noticed my album must be spreadin around! Folk really knew the words! That is SUCH a great feeling- you have no idea… You notice it a little with the first two records i did- but by the time i got to the 3rd song mannnn…. then by the 4th record the live band gets involved and its officially a memory for the ages…(‘course i could be biased lol)

Obviously you know the music business takes us a little bit of everywhere… well my goal is to share it with you Ladies and G’s, so that as we get bigger, you get bigger too! Like my homie Rovella says- I dont see haters losers, i see thru haters losers! I know u feel me…

At any rate, this was a whooole other kind of artist on display in this joint. Kelis took me on a whole tour of the place and really educated me on gallery etiquette, styles of painting, etc- As a matter of fact, Ive even started collecting since I filmed this. The one thing Im not clear on yet is the way art is priced. You’re gonna see everything from a big Face (dunno how else to describe it- you’ll see LOL)that was priced at $30,000 (now THAS what i call big-face hundreds) to a handmade turntable phonograph Will-I-Am made that sold for $150,000!! Enjoy….
